Shortly after (1 to 2 business days) you placed an order with KimBooks, you will receive a conformation email from kimbooks@kimbooks.com  with estimated delivery date, returned address and your order’s tracking number attached.

KimBooks strives to maintain excellent customer service and satisfaction, including a guarantee of every book/purchased item* as it's described on our Website (kimbooks.com). You're eligible for a refund within 30 days if you're dissatisfied with your purchase due to an error on the KimBooks part or if the book/purchased item doesn't arrive.

Issue:

1. Incorrect Book/Not As Described/Damaged

You're eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, including original shipping costs, if your return is the result of an error on the KimBooks part. If you receive the incorrect book(s) or if it arrives damaged, you'll also be refunded return shipping equal to the original charge. To receive a refund, you must return your item directly to the KimBooks within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and in the same condition you received it in.


2. Book/Purchased Item Did Not Arrive

You're eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, including shipping costs, if your book(s) did not arrived as of the Estimated Delivery Date, up until 30 days past. If KimBooks has a proof of tracking information indicating the book(s)/purchased item(s) has arrived, the refund request is void.

In cases where the book(s)/purchased item(s) is returned to KimBooks for any of the following reasons, the refund price includes book/purchased item(s) price only: incomplete address, unclaimed, returned to sender, or similar.

 
How to Initiate a Return:

In the event of Incorrect Book/Not As Described/Damaged please send a book(s)/purchased item(s) back to KimBooks to an address attached to the Order Confirmation email.   Return shipping is calculated as equal to original shipping costs.  Your refund will be processed to your credit card/PayPal account once KimBooks receives the book back. We recommend that you use a trackable method of shipment; if the book doesn't arrive and tracking isn't provided, the refund will be cancelled.

*Purchased Item: any purchased/ordered item with KimBooks other than a book.
